Hi, everyone! Just like in my photo, I always put my family first. My goal in life—and in business—is to help you do the same: put the most important things first, take control of your business, and not let your business control you.

I didn’t start out planning to be a business owner. I grew up in a small town, working with my hands, and thought that learning a trade would be enough to live comfortably. I believed that mastering my craft would mean I had “arrived.” But life had other plans.

By my early twenties, I realized knowledge alone wasn’t enough—I was working long hours, doing everything I could, and still not in control of my future. I knew there had to be a better way. I went back to school at night, learning business skills, while continuing to work my trade during the day. It wasn’t easy, but I was determined to create something different—not just for myself, but for the people around me.

I started my first business not to chase money or prestige, but to create a workplace where people could thrive, enjoy their work, and still have a life outside of it. I wanted a business that respected family, personal time, and well-being—because I had experienced what it meant when work takes over your life.

Over time, I’ve built a successful, profitable business while staying true to my values: putting my faith, my family, and my community first. I’ve faced countless challenges, learned lessons the hard way, and continuously pushed to grow. But through it all, the priority has always been clear: family first, business second. That’s the mindset I bring to every client and every business I work with.

If you look at my achievements—licenses, certifications, years of experience—it’s impressive on paper. But what really matters to me isn’t what’s on a resume; it’s seeing people succeed, creating opportunities for them, and being present for the moments that matter most in life. I’ve built something I’m proud of, and I’m here to help you build the same—a business that works for you, not the other way around.

Hi! I’m Ashley. While this site focuses on business, the most important roles in my life are wife, mother, and friend. I’m a lifelong learner who strives to honor God in my family, work, and community. I love encouraging others to be their best while challenging myself to grow every day. Building relationships based on trust and integrity is at the heart of everything I do, and I thrive on solving problems and creating systems that help teams work more efficiently. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature, traveling with my family, and discovering new adventures whenever possible.

From a young age, I’ve always loved fixing and improving things. As a child it was simple projects around the house, then bicycles, and later it became my fascination with systems—how things work together to create something efficient and functional. Over time, that passion naturally shifted from mechanical systems to business systems, helping organizations operate at their best.

I studied business and leadership, and after gaining hands-on experience in managing and growing a family business, I realized that what excites me most is helping people and the systems that support them. I see businesses as living machines that can be tuned and optimized to create better experiences for everyone involved.

My goal is to help companies find a balance where three groups “win” every day: the client, the employee, and the owner. A business that achieves this has satisfied clients who value its services, employees who are growing and fulfilled, and owners who enjoy freedom and control without being trapped in day-to-day operations.
